Good morning Ms. Hoffman I had your technician come over on February 28 to look at a spot in my ceiling that I feared was a new leak. As in the past, he arrived exactly on time and was extremely thorough and explained everything he did. He listened to my rationale for the call, investigated everything as well as what I specifically asked him to (to put my mind at ease) and, while he found no evidence of a new leak, gave me some possible explanations for the issue. I also was not charged for the visit because it was just in the timeframe of the last work so I was allowed to have that warranty coverage. Please, if there is any way my comments can be passed on to those who assisted me (from the call to the visit) and, possibly, make it into their personnel file, I would appreciate it. Ms. Hoffman, I am so very glad I am working with your company. EVERYONE from the first call to the technicians who come are a delight to work with. Every single time! They are professional, courteous, thorough and go out of their way to assist. I'm old enough to remember the days of good customer service. It's a by-gone
