My New Roof. Dear Roofing and More, I just thought I would tell you how pleased I am with my new roof, and with your company. Actually, the roof was installed almost one year ago, but I still look at it and say to myself “What a great looking roof”!! The quality of the material and the workmanship that went into make it the best roof in the neighborhood. Your rep John Ast was a pleasure to work with–more like a consultant than a sales guy. I cannot say enough about Rob Johnson, your production manager. He did a first-rate job organizing the installation so that it went off on time and without a hitch. He also came back promptly just recently when I asked him to check on something.
