I had a leak in my roof and Shane came out promptly and diagnosed the issue- I loved the videos that show you exactly what the issues are. He did a great job explaining the problem and was extremely helpful with my follow up questions. Scheduling personnel and team doing the work were similarly exceptionally professional. Overall a definite “Five Star” experience.
