Continued quality work
I don't provide reviews immediately as "today the work looks good, two months later the work turned out to be poor". So, this review has been based on a watch and see approach. I have had this company come out 2x to do a "roofing checkup" over the past few years. Once I noticed an issue soon after one, and someone came out free of charge and fixed the issue for me. I have also had the company replace my ridge vent with a shingled over ridge vent, as the one that came with my house got beat up by wind. No issues with the ridge vent since. Fast forward to today. Yesterday I noticed my roof appeared to be missing shingles. I called yesterday at 9 AM, and someone came out today at 10 AM (right on time). Fernando Suriel arrived at my home, and before going up on my roof asked to inspect my attic to ensure there was no leaks or other damage. The result of the inspection no damage. Up on the roof, 20 minutes later the news... nothing was wrong with my roof, no shingles were missing, what I was saw was flashing around a vent on my roof. Cost to come out and tell me this… no cost. The fact a company will tell you nothing is wrong with your roof, and not try to make money is a turning point. I plan to have the company replace my external doors with something more energy efficient. Roofing and More Inc. has restored my faith that some home repair/remodeling companies do quality work, and stand by their work.
