At almost the end of our warranty period, a small leak occurred from our cedar roof. The company sent out a technician who determined the source of the leak, then the company sent out a crew to do the work. Rather than replacing a few cedar shakes that would have stood out like a sore thumb on the aged roof, they replaced the entire roof section (about 1/2 of the entire roof). William Alvarez explained the whole process and did a first-rate job. We are more than pleased with his professionalism and with he integrity of Roofing and More.
