I had R&M replace my roof October a year ago. A few months later my neighbor had another local contractor replace hers. A couple of weeks ago she had a leak with ceiling damage requiring buckets in the attic for a few days. She called her roofing company who checked and basically said “ our roof didn’t leak, it is the boot around your vent pipe. They’re old and should be replaced.” Really?!? They replaced a 19 year old roof and didn’t replace the boots with the shingles? With Roofing & More doing that was part of the package when they replaced my roof. I feel bad for my neighbor but am glad we trusted Kyle to do our roof the right way!
