What a fantastic company!!! Struggling to get my house ready for sale, I had several things to have repaired and little time to do so. I cannot count the number of contractors that did not return calls, never followed through on appointments, etc. Roofing and More was the only company that responded promptly, was pleasant to deal with and did what they said they would do!!!! I wish I was staying in the area to use them for other projects.
I apologize for not sending this sooner. My delay in getting this to you certainly does not reflect how thrilled I am with the new roof your company provided. I just cannot say enough about the service provided from the first meetings explaining the process to the coordination of scheduling, promptness of Armando and the guys working with him to arrive at the time they said they would and to their finishing the job in less time than I had thought possible.Armando is as professional, personable and helpful a person as I have ever had doing any work for me in any capacity. I cannot say enough about him. (One day when I was trying to carry my large Christmas tree around my house to be recycled at top of hill, he saw me and left what he was doing and insisted on carrying it up there for me. I was so impressed and appreciative.)The cleaning up of my yard and surrounding areas was impeccable every day when the crew left. At the end it looked better than before they started.Marie, was wonderful on checking in with me daily and Rob was so responsive to a few concerns I had one day.Needless to say I am so pleased with the work. Many neighbors of mine have asked me about your company as they consider work on their homes and I have given most favorable responses to them. I would be happy if you ever wanted to use me for a reference.Kyle, thank you for your personal attention to this job.

Your team is fantastic. I've watched them -- their work is top notch. Although we never talked about this, we're also thrilled that we don't have to contend with smokers on the property, loud radios etc. Your team is very focused. No horsing around. Leadership is evident as a culture at all levels. What a breath of fresh air.
Provided an exemplary estimate. Stripped off old roofing shingles; replaced damaged sheathing; applied "Weather Shield" to all eave and rake edges; installed drip edge to eaves and rakes; applied best synthetic underlayment; installed 3 tab shingles; cleaned area and removed all debris.Member Comments: I needed a new roof and fast! Roofing & More won the job after I talked with 2 other roofing companies which were cavalier in their approach. On the next available date (it's winter after all) they showed up early and finished a 30 square reroof in two days. I'm a former roofing contractor and my standards are pretty high, plus I know what a good job looks like. Roofing & More's workmanship and attention to detail confirms for me that the best might cost a bit more, but it's worth it. In June, we spoke with Ellen Ninmo, Warranty Claims; followed by Marilyn, Victoria, Sandra, and Regina in Warranty Registration. Then Paul Koczot of Field Services worked with us on “diagnosing” our problem. Joseph Cotter, Project Manager for Roofing & More, Inc was our next contact, along with his crew and especially Luis. The logo on your GAF literature/website notes: “Quality you can Trust” and that is absolutely true!!!!! A rare thing these days! EVERYONE with whom we have been in contact has been so professional, competent and gracious, I have actually held your company up as an example of the kind of Customer Service ALL companies should emulate. Diagnosis and resolution was timely, professional and very competent; while follow-up to be sure everything was taken care of was unexcelled. Luis went the “second mile” on clean-up and checked ALL skylights and fixed ALL skylight flashing, once the leak problem was identified after the original leak at the “cricket” was repaired. This past weekend with Hurricane Irene , your roof came through with flying colors. We expect to see NO Carpenter Ants next Spring! I work for an architectural firm and frequently neighbors ask for recommendations. I would not hesitate to recommend all of you for excellent products (aesthetically also) and service! Hello Sandra, although I wasn't home at the time when your guys came for the roof, I haven't heard anything but good news. I was actually surprised at how early they had showed up (right after I left for work) and were done in about an hour or two! I am pleased with the level of service I have received from Nate when he came for the initial estimate, as well as the whole process up until completion. Excellent positive attitudes by the employees from the first phone call. The joint scheduling, knowledge of trade and performance of the operation was very well managed.
